SuperOrgs Directory
A read-only sync that keeps your org chart current from your Slack member directory: names, emails, titles, and user groups. Nothing else.
- People who join appear on your org chart; people who leave are flagged automatically
- User groups (like @engineering) help map people to the right department
- No messages, no channel content, no files, ever
You sign in to SuperOrgs first, then approve read-only directory access.

Sign in to SuperOrgs
At app.superorgs.com, as a workspace admin. - 2
Add the app you need
For notifications and /agents, open Agent Notifications and choose Add to Slack. For the people sync, open People and connect Slack as a source. The buttons on this page start the same flows. - 3
Approve the permissions on Slack's consent screen

The first sync starts right away and repeats every day after that.
Data you can trust us with
Both apps ask for the least access that does the job. Directory access is read-only, OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, data is isolated per customer, and disconnecting an app stops syncing immediately and removes its data.
