# Your team’s agents. One link.

Create a branded Agent Page that shows employees which AI agents are available, how to reach each one, and what to ask first.

## Create a branded Agent Page that shows employees which AI agents are available, how to reach each one, and what to ask first.

Which AI agents should your team use? What does each one do for them? How should they reach it? What should they ask first?

A branded Agent Page puts those answers behind one link.

Managers choose the approved or recommended agents their team should use. They explain what each agent does for the team. They add questions employees can try. Then they copy the link or post it in Slack.

Employees open the Agent Page to discover those agents and start using them. They do not need to sign in. They can open the page on a phone, see how to reach each agent, and tap a sample question to get started.

## Create a branded Agent Page

An Agent Page presents the agents selected for a team. It gives managers one place to tell employees which agents are available and how to use each one.

The page is branded. Managers choose which agents to include. For each agent, they can say what it does for the team and what employees should try asking.

This turns a list of selected agents into a page employees can use. Each agent comes with the information an employee needs to begin:

- What the agent does for them
- How to reach the agent
- A sample question to try

The manager chooses the agents. The manager adds the guidance. The team gets one link.

## Give each agent a clear starting point

An agent name tells an employee who is available. A short description tells them what that agent does for the team. A sample question gives them something to try.

The Agent Page brings those details together for every agent a manager selects.

Employees can see how to reach each agent. They can tap a sample question to try it. They can move from discovering an agent to starting with a question from the same page.

Managers can tailor the Agent Page to their team. One team can have a page with the agents recommended for that group. Another team can have a page with a different set of agents. Each manager picks the agents their team should use and explains what each one does for them.

## Share one link

Once the Agent Page is ready to share, copy its link or post it in Slack.

Anyone with the link can open the page without signing in. They can open it on a phone. The page shows the agents available to the team, how to reach each one, and questions to try.

There is no separate sign-in step for the person opening the Agent Page. They open the link and see the selected agents.

One link can carry the full page. Employees do not need a different link for every agent on it. They can use the page to discover the team’s agents, understand what each one does for them, and choose a sample question to start.

## Build your Agent Page

Open the **Agents** page in SuperOrgs. Create an Agent Page for your team.

Pick the agents your team should use. Say what each one does for them. Add questions they can try asking.

Then copy the link or post it in Slack. Employees can open the branded Agent Page on their phones without signing in, see how to reach each agent, and tap a question to try it.
